In general, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once an order is shipped.
Orders can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card or the address associated with your PayPal account.
We currently ship within Canada via Canada Post. The following options are available at this time:
- Lettermail: snail mail, no tracking, flat-rate shipping and handling fee of $2.00
- Regular Parcel: express shipping, tracking number
- Xpresspost: express shipping (faster), tracking number
Lettermail is only available for smaller, lightweight items. If Lettermail applies to your cart, it will appear as a shipping option when you check out.
Regular Parcel and Xpresspost shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system at checkout and include a handling fee of $1.00. Any overages in shipping charges will be refunded after the order has shipped.
Please note, the delivery standards set by Canada Post are out of our hands. We are not responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post or other unexpected circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, etc.).
In order to keep shipping costs low, if you have ordered more than one physical item your order may arrive in more than one parcel (applicable to Lettermail shipping only).
In order to help keep shipping costs low and reduce waste, your order may contain repurposed shipping/packing material.
Patterns & Digital Downloads
Upon receipt of payment you will receive an email with a link to the digital file(s) for instant download; please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email. The download link will be available for 30 days after purchase.
A PDF reader is required for all patterns. You can download one for free here.
Lyrical Junk patterns and designs are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. Please do not reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise share the patterns. You may not sell the completed product.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, provided the physical item(s) have not been shipped and/or the digital item(s) have not been downloaded.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, however, if you have any issues with an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss available options for resolution.
Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Patterns and digital downloads
- Custom orders
- Sale items
Colours may appear different on different screens; raw materials may differ slightly in size and/or colour due to variation in product manufacturing or supplier.
